Tsinghua x-lab is committed to bringing forward innovative solutions and innovative people from all fields. As such it is sector agnostic, and holds events targeted at driving forth innovative solutions. One of those events is the annual President’s Innovation Challenge competition – a university wide call for innovative ideas that solve real problems since 2014.

This year, following a successful three-month call for innovative, ground-breaking solutions, over 60 submissions across university were filed and the 10 most promising ones selected.

The Ten teams will get to pitch their most innovative, groundbreaking solutions at the Finale before a group of sharpest and most sought-after investors.

Finalists will have to convince the judges that their innovations will not only solve the pain points of society but are also a rare—and profitable—business opportunity.

Who will walk away as the Grand Winner of the 7th Tsinghua University President‘s Innovation Challenge?
