Note:
   Children under a height of 1.2 meters will not be allowed to enter the auditorium.
   Each performance will be around 90 minutes, with a 15-minute intermission.
   In the time of Covid-19, tickets will only be sold to those on campus.
   The ticket booth will be open from 12:30-7:30 pm (Excluding Tuesdays)

Mr. Sheng Yuan

Pianist

Mr. Sheng has performed in New York City’s Carnegie Hall, London’s Cadogan Hall, Toronto’s Meridian Arts Center, the Seoul Arts Center, Beijing’s National Center for the Performing Arts, Beijing’s Forbidden City Concert Hall, the Beijing Concert Hall, the Cadillac Shanghai Concert Hall, the Shanghai Oriental Art Center, New York's Classical Music Radio Station, Boston’s Classical 99.5 Radio Station, the United States’ National Public Radio (NPR), Spain’s Radio y Televisión Española (RTVE), France’s Radio France Internationale (RFI), Poland’s Tworzona z pasją (TVP), China’s Central TV (CCTV), and the Beijing Yinyue Tai (“Beijing Music Radio”). As a soloist, he has cooperated with many symphony orchestras at home and abroad, including the Spanish Tenerife Symphony Orchestra (TSO), the Philharmonic Orchestra of Gran Canaria (OFGC), the Romanian Oradea Philharmonic Orchestra, the Kazakhstan Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba, Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, and major Chinese orchestras including the China Philharmonic Orchestra. At the same time, as an indoor performer, he has performed with the Shanghai Quartet, as well as violinists such as Aaron Rosand, Arnold Steinhardt, Dong-Suk Kong, and Rachel Barton Pine, and celloists such as Young-Chang Cho and Andres Diaz.

Currently on the Piano faculty of the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, Mr. Sheng has given lectures and master classes in the U. S., Canada, China, Croatia, Germany, South Korea and the Philippines.
