In line with Business China's vision to help young Singaporeans develop deeper links with China, Business China partners the Young SEAkers and student Association of Belt and Road Initiatives at Tsinghua University to organise the inaugural TYS ASEAN-China Youth Forum, as part of the Future China Global Forum(FCGF) Special Virtual Edition 2020.
The Young SEAkers is the first and only Southeast-Asia based non-proft organisation with a China and ASEAN angle that brings together vibrant and competent ASEAN youths who are passionate about advancing the ASEAN-China region.
The Youth Forum serves to complement the FCGF by providing a platform for youths to express their opinions Highly accomplished and passionate university students and young working professionals from ASEAN and China gather to share about their experiences during the pandemic and their aspirations post COVID-19.
The purposeful sharing sessions by relevant thought-leaders and interactive discussions with fellow youths will bring about inspiration and mutual benefits for young working professionals and university students, by understanding the latest issues from different perspectives and exploring international business opportunities in this "New normal". It is imperative to cultivate and prepare youths, by engaging and bringing them together, so that emerging ties can be fostered.
