Mr. Edward Zander, Chairman & CEO of the Motorola company, visited Tsinghua April 26 and delivered a speech at the School of Public Policy and Management.

Tsinghua President Gu Binglin met with Mr. Zander and gave an introduction of the size and make-up of the student body as well as the research undertakings at Tsinghua. 

The two sides hoped that exchange and cooperation could be enhanced between Tsinghua and the Motorola company. 

Mr. Zander delivered a speech in School of Public Policy and Management in the evening. He talked about the Motorola Company, its ideas during its development, and its visions for the future.

After the speech, Mr. Zander answered several questions from the students in the audience.
