(Tsinghua News Center) Professor Nomita Aggarwa, dean of the School of Law and Legal Studies at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, held a seminar entitled “Mediation: Dream or Reality” with the leaders of the Tsinghua Law School on March 19.

On the same day, Qian Yingyi, a well-known economist and an economics professor at UC Berkeley, delivered a speech on “Market, Government, and Law” to students of the Law School. Professor Qian compared the market economy and planned economy, and then analyzed the relationship between the market and the government.
