The Network and System Security Research Team from Tsinghua University, led by Professor Duan Haixin, received the Distinguished Paper Award at the 30th ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (CCS) in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The winning paper is "Silence is not Golden: Disrupting the Load Balancing of Authoritative DNS Servers". The first author is Zhang Fenglu, a 2020-enrolled Ph.D Candidate from the Institute for Network Sciences and Cyberspace.

This marks the second Distinguished Paper Award received by Professor Duan's team for their research achievements in Domain Name System security at the CCS conference.
